Insurance and Payment Options:
Most insurance plans are accepted by Dr. Anderson's office. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the Dr. Anderson's office.
If you have a “PPO” policy, please check to make sure you are not required to go “in network” with your insurance. Dr. Anderson’s office is not an "in network" provider with any insurance company.
We also offer a senior discount for those 65 and older.
You are responsible for all costs not covered by insurance.
Dr. Anderson is not a Medicaid provider.
To keep our overhead as low as possible, please remember that appointment times are reserved especially for you, so if you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance so that we may offer that time slot to another patient.
Please follow the guidelines below to so that costs are understood before treatment:
New Patients: Please check with our staff before your first visit to make sure that we can work with your insurance company. Also, new patients should complete the new patient forms available on the "forms" link above.
Existing Patients: Each calendar year, if your insurance has changed, please consult with our staff regarding your new insurance.
Pre-certification: If you wish, Dr. Anderson's staff can provide you an estimate of the charges for any recommended treatment. You can then consult with your insurance company before the procedure is scheduled. We also can help with the pre-certification process on larger cost treatments, if you desire the assistance.
Dr. Anderson's office accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Checks, and Care Credit (see below). We do not accept American Express.

Care Credit: Once you have visited with Dr. Anderson and have a treatment plan, and thus a cost in mind, one of your options could be to work with CareCredit to assist you with the cost by providing you with a payment plan (typically on treatment plans over $1,000). For qualified applicants, interest-free payments can be spread over a 3, 6 or 12 month period (as defined by CareCredit). Longer payment periods may involve interest. CareCredit approval must be obtained prior to starting treatment. Our administrative staff will be happy to assist you in working through this process if you so desire, but be aware that it is your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions set forth by CareCredit.
